Je proposais de simplifier les textes et les boutons comme ça:

Un email vous a été envoyé pour "Renouveler votre compte Tchap". Une fois que vous aurez suivi le lien qu'il contient, cliquez sur le bouton "Continuer".

Premier bouton: "Envoyer un nouvel email"
