Is there a way to invalidate it if all user & assistant turns are filled out (or empty if end turns) before allowing it to be successful?

Basically the following two configurations are valid submissions:

Either an empty system prompt + user&assistant turns are all filled in except the end N turns - in which case you wouldn't add empty turns to the dataset

or the above but with a system prompt
