Updated the connector console to always run 135 cols wide, and to improve debug reporting. #8

Description

General quality of live improvements when debugging a connector. The connector will now announce in the debug logs
the configuration settings as well as whatever environment variables are set with debug logging is turned on.

Type of change

Please delete options that are not relevant.

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
  • This change requires a documentation update

How Has This Been Tested?

Manually tested with an existing connector.
