This is a first draft to introduce a nginx modsecurity firewall layer.

Basic changes for now are:

Move SSL from shogun-nginx to new shogun-firewall
shogun-firewall uses this docker project with shogun-nginx configured in its BACKEND (env)

Use ./setEnvironment.sh update before starting this new setup
