fix(ssl) single settimeout call per socket

- fix LuaSec timing out because multiple settimeout calls on the socket
  used to actually trigger timeouts.
- actually, this change is also benefitial to regular luasocket or
  cosocket usage.
- new SSLError type
- close socket on timeout
