WIP

Allow user to run individual scripts inbetween runs to e.g. change settings for longer automated test runs

Features:

  • add functionality
  • support different script languages
    • python 3
    • perl
    • sh
    • awk
    • ?
  • check dependencies
  • testing
  • documentation

@thuehn there are no conflicts as I can tell so far. This PR is still in draft status as it is work in progress.
I just added the other scripting languages, but should really get some testing done.
Hope to get that done asap
