Top-level analysis
The simulations here use the Alliance Canada Meta-Farm tool to submit jobs with various parameter settings. Each simulation directory uses a text file table.dat
to specify parameter settings for a suite of simulations. Each case calls a function, run_job.m
, to set up and run the job. The directory structure is described below.
Configure jobs for running the base scenario with the ISSM implementation of GlaDS.
defaults.par
: Set default parameters for ISSM simulations
00_synth_forcing/
: Run synthetic forcing scenario with ISSM model
