version 1.3.6 nesc compiler

This is version 1.3.6 of the nesC compiler.

Changes in nesC 1.3.6

• use the version of gcc specified in ./configure when invoking nescc
• support compiling with new versions of emacs
• update alignment type to support Mac OS X
