wormgas -- IRC bot for Rainwave

Wormgas is a command-processing IRC bot that enables using most Rainwave features from within IRC.

• psycopg >= 2.4 (if using RW database functions)
• requests >= 1.1.0 (if you use pip: pip install requests)
