• Run the bootstrap script

nix run github:to-bak/home?dir=home-manager#bootstrap --extra-experimental-features "nix-command flakes"

• Install flake-env and populate $HOME/.flake-env/environment.nix with following variables:

(if in doubt, use stateVersion = "22.11").
