Release 0.7

Cleaned up the CLI a bit. Now just takes all the parameters directly rather it being necessary to define clients/services beforehand.

Improved the validation significantly in the agent. Now gives (usually) intelligent responses when invalid fault configs are sent.

Significant refactoring to remove duplication, separate concerns.
