Highlights:

  • use new realtime_tools "hpp" headers (as opposed to the .h)
  • add jacobian_inversemethod to track kinematics interface changes (see Calculate Jacobian Inverse ros-controls/kinematics_interface#92)
  • use DynamicsInterfaceKDL as a base class for DynamicsInterfaceFd
  • fix broken tests
  • fix missing parameters initialization (i.e., alpha in KDL impl.)
