Hi.
I tested the
dockerfileprovided by rancheng in an earlier pull request. It works. However, there were some shortcomings.I have created a detailed repository with updated instructions, docker support including the docker image and added bash script for faster map generation. It can be found here.
I am creating this pull request so that you can check it and include it in the main repository,
