Research Consultation Form

The Research Consultation Form should be sent to the Head of GIS/Director of Branch Library Services. To edit who that form goes to, you'll need to change the value of this hidden input field by editing the HTML in the WP admin for the page:

<!-- Mandatory fields--><br /><input type=“hidden” name=“emailIDs” value=“[CHANGE_THIS_EMAIL]” />

Depending on who the form currently goes to, this value might be one or more email "IDs" separated by a comma. Using Steven and Caryl as an example it would look like this:

value="steven.j.turner,cewyatt"

The email address is tied to the staff directory database, so double check the Staff Directory page for the correct email ID.

Updating Bento/OneSearch Databases results

The database results in the bento search are populated by a special database. The process of updating the database to match the A-Z List from Springshare has been automated, but if you need details on what's happening, please see the Updating Databases in OneSearch section of the Box docs.
