- added splotless plugin
- upgraded gradle to latest (8.6)
- upgraded android gradle pluign to 8.2 to support 34 targetSdk
- added copyright files to add a license header to all source files
Rebasing feature branch onto main
Creating a new workflow with jdk 17 and updating maven publish command
