Compile with normal flow (no partial reconfig) error

Hi Rosebud's author, are there any trick we need to use when we don't use partial compile? I have modified the function of RPU, when I compile with partial reconfig I got slack timing error at the path I don't do anything. When I compile with normal flow (no partial reconfig) I got Failed nets error in implemention and some net "are partially routed".
