Description

In UFS coupled tests with GOCART, it is found that when existing gocart history files are not removed in the run directory, the job will fail when resubmitted in the same run directory. This issue is fixed in MAPL and GOCART. A configuration variable will be added in GOCART configuration file to fix the issue.

A related issue is on GOCART #256
