This PR introduces CoSWID templates and schema updates for validation, ensuring compliance with RFC 9393. It adds coswid-meta-mini.json, coswid-meta-full.json, coswid-example.json, coswid-full.json, and coswid-schema.json, aligning with the concise SWID tag and metadata structures outlined in the specification
