Quick Start Guide

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.7+
  • (Recommended) rye for dependency management
  • For local models:

Installation

  1. Clone the repository
  2. Copy .env.example to .env and configure your API keys
  3. Set up Python environment:
    python3 -m venv .venv
    source .venv/bin/activate
    pip3 install -r requirements.txt
  4. Optional: Train semantic router
    python3 src/router/trainer.py
  5. Launch the application:
    chainlit run src/app.py -w

Using Local Models with Ollama

# Download model
ollama pull llama3

# Start Ollama server
ollama serve
