Entity Import: Changed the import statement from import { health } from './entity/healthCheck'; to import { HealthCheck } from './entity/healthCheck'; to follow the convention of capitalizing class names.

Entities Array: Made sure HealthCheck is referenced correctly in the entities array.solve issue #3
