We need these to match, so there is a clear process for moving from CCG to WG for test suite implementations and integrations.

index.jsfile had not been updated to match the W3C variation, so thisbrings this repo in line with https://github.com/w3c/vc-test-suite-implementations
The README also got a related overhaul.
