Just a Very Small HTTP PROXY for using blacklist/whitelist

It open a port (3128 by default) where the HTTP Request can be forwarded, for PROXY

This proxy is mono-thread (esp8266 by design) and is very slow, but's it's low power and VERY small device :)
For small children usage, it's enough

Administration is done by http GET on port 80 (by default)

   http://<ip>/BLACKLIST/REMOVE/www.site.com : To remove a site from the blacklist
   http://<ip>/BLACKLIST/CHECK/www.site.com : To check if a site is in the blacklist
   http://<ip>/BLACKLIST/DUMP : To dump the "custom" blacklist
   http://<ip>/BLACKLIST/DIR : To list all the blacklist
   http://<ip>/BLACKLIST/DOWNLOAD/<url> : To download an external blacklist url [NOT WORKING]

   http://<ip>/WHITELIST/ADD/www.site.com : To add a site to the whitelist
   http://<ip>/WHITELIST/REMOVE/www.site.com : To remove a site from the whitelist
   http://<ip>/WHITELIST/CHECK/www.site.com : To check if a site is in the whitelist
   http://<ip>/WHITELIST/DUMP : To dump the "custom" whitelist
   http://<ip>/WHITELIST/DIR : To list all the whitelists

   http://<ip>/ACCESSLOGS   : For dumping current access.log
   http://<ip>/ARCHIVELOG   : To rename current access.log with the current date

   http://<ip>/DIR/<directory>  : For listing directory content (/ is valid)

   http://<ip>/BUFFER/<intValue>   : For setting BUFFER size
   http://<ip>/TIMEOUT/<intValue>   : For setting default TIMEOUT value
   http://<ip>/TUNNEL_TIMEOUT/<intValue>   : For setting TUNNEL_TIMEOUT, specific for CONNECT mode (https proxy)

- DOWNLOAD function for blacklist dont work
    crash in LWIP2 stack when calling "WiFiClientSecure::connect(host,port)
        seems to crash in BSSL:_run_until: br_ssl_engine_sendrec_buf > WDT trigger
        it's stange beacause, when i test this in a seperate project, it works...
