Amend link resolver for exhibition texts, add tests

Had to revert a change we need for new search results: #11548
We'll have to amend it so it works in all scenarios. We should add them as tests as well to ensure any future changes are safer!

Definition of done

• Link resolver works for exhibition texts from the guides pages as well as the new search results
• All link resolver scenarios are tested against, meaning all content types. Probably with Jest?
