This is an additional fix for b91b907.
Also, some tsconfig changes have been made to make it more logical. Some import errors should now also be caught by tsc.

zotero-typeshas been moved totypesinstead ofincludes, which ensures that pnpm can also work without having to setpublic-hoist-pattern.ref: windingwind/zotero-types#64
