Wait for the team feature config changes to be released before merging, to avoid any potential problems due to old-to-new feature config transition.

Use the JSON representation down to the database. This prevents evil
mapping code in the ToSchema instance.
Otherwise, expected and actual are switched.
By default, team-members are allowed to create and open channels.
For the "double bookkeeping", add the expected config for unit tests.
