Pre-Alpha

This is a pre-alpha version with an old algorithms. We shouldn't use this version.

However, this version have several things that has been worked:

• CLI with lack of argument parsing algorithm
• OSM in JSON parsed as an Hash Map with Aeson with an ugly algorithm
• Presets that just works with a limited support of rule functions

Known issue:

• Presets file path must be in the current directory
