[Elemental] PTR testing of DTR, T12 set and trinkets

Here's a list of stuff related to ele to test on ptr :

• 4p: you have a 4p proc up, then use EM and cast lava burst. What gets consumed ? what doesn't ?
  you have the instant cast EM buff up and then get a 4p proc and cast lava burst. What gets consumed ? what doesn't ?
  In both case, EM gets consumed, volcano does not. If volcano procs during LvB cast time, it does not get consumed
  
  
  

• 2p: Does it work on LB overload ? is it on spell hit or cast complete ?
  On spell hit, Overload doesn't seem to proc it (cant be seen on logs, will upload video later if i have time)

dtr :

• Proc chance ? icd ?
  
  
  ~10.9%, lowest duration between 2 procs : 0ms at 12:21.496
  using this LB gives ~11.9% proc chance

• Damage scaling ? (same damage, within variance, new calculation...) Seems to be new calculation with new aura procced if any (see TS screenshot). Edge case with Fulmination

• can it duplicate overloads ? yes
  

• can dublicated LB, LvB and Cl proc overloads ? no

• do duplicated LB and Cl reduce EM cd ? Doesn't seem to

• do duplicated LB and CL proc rolling thunder ? yes
  

• can duplicated spells crit? replicated crit? proc/consume clearcasting ? Can crit independently of if the base spell did or not. Can proc clearcasting if the base spell can proc it. Does not seem to consume
  

• Fulm dup (2 full)? ES dup (1 full, 1 not)? When fulm dup, it does with the same amount of LS stacks the base spell had. When ES dup, it does a 2nd ES, and this second ES does a fulm if it can(9stack of LS -> CL -> ES)
  
  
  

• Chain Lightning dup ? Seems to be 1 target hit = 1 chance to get an entire new cl from this target. Couldn't manage to get 2 duplicated out of 1 cl yet

• thunderstorm dup ? yes, per cast, not per target hit
  On 4 target :

• EQ dup ? yes, per tick/per target
  

• Searing/Magma Totem dup ? Doesn't seem to

• capa dup ? volcano dup ? could not manage to have either duplicate

• Duplicated spells can proc capa ? yes
  

• fs dd damage dup ? yes
  

• wrath of tarec consume/proc clearcasting ? It cannot crit, so can't proc. Does not conusme either
  

• lightning shield dup ? yes
  

• dtr + 2p interaction ? duplicated LB(403) can proc 2p on hit clip

On a more general note, everything OnCastComplete doesn't seem to work, everything OnSpellHit does seem to work

I assume this is safe to close now @Polynomix? If any bugs or differences in behavior between sim and the game is found, new issues should be made for them.
