I pinned the mamba version until
setup-minicondamerges in the conda/mamba fix. With how irregular these errors are, it's hard to debug quickly. If we run into more mamba related or conda install related issues, I can reiterate on this.I also pinned the botorch version until we adjust our tests to v0.13.0.
