Add substance designer as default applications

Additional review information

Use together with pre-launch hook ynput/ayon-core#1089 and initial integration.

Testing notes:

  1. Build and Install addon
  2. There should be substance designer as default addon

It works. I can find the substance designer settings on server and exe in launcher.

Since I don't have the Substance designer application and addon, I won't be able to test the integration addon.

Have been tested and works fine. Also properly launched with Ayon toolset present in the host UI.
