Add USD for linux, small fixes, updated dependencies.

Testing On Amla-Linux 9
when running the branch, it's always downloads Usd again, even if I just restart the Launcher.

  • Im running the launcher via poetry run python start.py --use-dev just so you know
  • correction this only happens if I point the client via Addon directory function for DevBundels

This PR works as expected also on linux.
