this pr adds default settings for hou20.5 to the server settings

Additional info

• the lakeFs branch is not yet merged with main. and the v0.1.0 branch dose not have the resolver use the lakefs://ayon-usd/add_hou_205/

Testing notes:

1. clone the repo and build the addon
2. upload the addon
3. make sure you deleted the downloads fouler if you already have an addon with this version.
4. check if you can use hou 20.5 with ayon uri in Solaris.

Aside of some cosmetic notes; this works for me. Resolver works fine in Houdini 20.5.320 on Windows.
