Created a backpack; Added coins; Interactions; Little mini game

So so so much added here. I created a backpack to lug around for inventory management later with the eventual game store pr. I added coins in the game which would count as currency. I also added a fun little mini game where if you collect enough coins, you can unlock an interaction with something in the game with a fun little message ;)
