feat: use gpu prover #103

Description

This PR updates the prover integration to use the GPU-based proving service. Key changes:

  • Updated relayer-utils dependency to latest main branch
  • Added new prover configuration parameters for GPU service integration
  • Replaced generate_proof() with generate_proof_gpu()
  • Added UUID v4 feature for generating unique proof IDs
  • Removed legacy PROVER_ADDRESS in favor of new prover config params

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
  • This change requires a documentation update
