- Remove unused modules: newt, pilot, types
- Remove SNAPSHOT_INTERVAL, default_socket_path, default_pier_path
- Rename default_data_dir parameter from 'urbit_name' to 'kernel_name'
- Simplify kernel module: remove old input.rs, focus on form.rs
- Add detailed documentation for Kernel and Serf structs and methods
