Support Certificate Authentication

What problem are you solving?
- Zowe users have profiles that can authenticate with certificates via Zowe CLI but that authentication scenario is not supported by Zowe Explorer.
*What are you doing to solve it?
- Adopt Zowe CLI support for certificate authentication.

Enhance UX dealing with Zowe Profiles

What problem are you solving?
- Zowe users would like an easier, smoother experience with Zowe Explorer when it comes to profiles.
*What are you doing to solve it?
- We would like to design and implement a UI for profile creation and editing, enhance the configuration conversion handling, and address some issues reported dealing with validation, nested configurations, and autostore.
