Cleric Beta Pt 2 (#468)

* Added single-slot AC Buff (optional).

* Added a setting to hold looting while meditating (occasional looting before you sit may happen if you are not currently meditating when combat ends).
* PCs will no longer loot when invis, feigning, or (if a healer) they detect a groupmember at very low health.

[LootNScoot]
* Added option to bulk delete rules from the table.
* Cleaned up some tables.
* Made debug channel visible in the console by using the command /lns debug.
* Fix for ignored items showing as looted in the console.
* "Historical Data Table":
* * Will default to showing the current session.
* * Choosing a date range will show data from that range, pressing "Reset" will return to the current session.
* Improved certain under-the-hood features of RGMercs / LootnScoot integration.

MAG Low Level (Partial) Revamp (#462)

* Updated Gem selection for all level ranges (got rid of clutter, added QoL to minimize spell mems).
* Revamp of 1-70 Gems and Rotations.
* (Laz) Removed Evil Dagger setting (this can now be added via Combat Clickies if desired.)

Note: Further optimizations (including AE support) are still pending, as are Laz-specific adjustments.

[ENC- Laz] Adjusted condition of Haste spell to account for bad stacking check on Unified Alacrity.
