MAG Low Level (Partial) Revamp (#462) * Updated Gem selection for all level ranges (got rid of clutter, added QoL to minimize spell mems). * Revamp of 1-70 Gems and Rotations. * (Laz) Removed Evil Dagger setting (this can now be added via Combat Clickies if desired.) Note: Further optimizations (including AE support) are still pending, as are Laz-specific adjustments. [ENC- Laz] Adjusted condition of Haste spell to account for bad stacking check on Unified Alacrity.
