Release notes for the nuget package are pulled from the git release's notes section.

Improved Nuspec Handling

• Attempts to find the URL for the project on github and includes it in the generated nuspec
• Finds the path to the project LICENSE if it is in the standard GitHub location and includes it in the generated nuspec
