• Radare2 installation now included
• Added call to apt for --fix-broken install to clean up environment prior to execution
• Fixed broken git pulls due to not explicitly setting the starting point of clones
• Fixed outdated openjdk setting
• Added (disabled) debug output for inline review of package installation targets
