Included several fixes:
- Radare2 installation now included
- Added call to apt for --fix-broken install to clean up environment prior to execution
- Fixed broken git pulls due to not explicitly setting the starting point of clones
- Fixed outdated openjdk setting
- Added (disabled) debug output for inline review of package installation targets
