• Updated localization files.

Extra Options

• Removed the toggle interactions option; it is now a base-game feature

Weapons

• Re-enabled the Snowball; the crash was in-fact a vanilla issue and Overkill has fixed it.
• MG shooting movement penalties last a bit longer
• The SCAR, M14 and G3 can now use the Northtac and AWP sniper scopes
  • Might extend the availability of these scopes to other weapons later on
