I cannot reproduce this:
I see no changes to any I tried with the client both in English and in Russian. Some questions I can think of:

I've uploaded a quick video. Quality is low to keep file size to a minimum. FLV file format should be openable by Most media players. |
Thank you for making a video, that helped a lot. I understand your instructions and I performed the same actions. I was briefly able to get some errors. I was creating and deleting macros in the traditional way (in the Now that I have something to go on, I can investigate more until I reproduce the problem better. |
I have been experimenting, and I still cannot reproduce this problem! I tried very hard, until I even found a new issue:
I think I must explore with your particular macro caches and SavedVariables; thank you for giving those. |
When clicking Claim/Disown over single macros multiple times - other NON-SDM macros'es content is replaced with text from another macro (original macros text is lost).
E.g. after clicking this button multiple times, one of my macro became:
