1.0.0

IMPORTANT - this isn't actually 1.0.0. This is just the state the repository was in when I started on 2.0.0. This plugin is in production on a handful of sites I worked on years ago and each of those could be identical to this 1.0.0 release or could have some bespoke changes. Who knows. I'm just moving forward to 2.0.0.
