  1. uavcan/socketcan.cpp: Fix crash due to misconfiguration 

    Prevent crash for using unset timestamp pointer, if several uavcan interfaces
are configured but some of them can't be opened. This basically can only happen
if the system is mis-confugred, but better to check that still.
