Part 1: Conjuration Part 2: Destruction


This is currently a bit disjointed, but after I get all the info in place I'll clean it up a bit.
Perk conditions are built into the MGEF to make it a bit easier.

###Bound Weapons THe following effects should be placed on the Bound Weapons Object Effect.
