Please use the latest Sieve nightlys for mailcow.
You can download- and drop the .xpi file in your addons manager inside Thunderbird.
Open the addons manager and search for "imap-acl-extension".

Open your address book in Thunderbird, add a "remote location" and use the full path to your address book.
You can find and copy the URL by logging in to mailcow with your mail address. Right click on "Open" next to your address book and copy the address.
Thunderbird now comes with a fully integrated calendar. Please use the full path to your calendar.
